Job Duties

As a Junior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer at Red Hibbert Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects, focusing on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include developing AI-driven solutions for our clients, conducting research to improve existing ML systems, and working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Solid experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn). Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts. 0-2 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science. Experience with version control systems (Git) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities are required.
