Role Summary
We are hiring Technical Supervisors to manage daily technical operations, supervise consulting teams, and ensure high-quality project execution across client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technical staff and consultants, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and workflow coordination
- Review and oversee technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Coordinate with Delivery Manager and clients regarding project status and execution
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain documentation of supervision, reporting, and operational oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in IT or consulting environments
- Experience managing technical teams in a project-based setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools
